The two main activities for the sports enthusiast are scuba diving and rock climbing. The limestone cliffs and mountains around Koh Phi Phi & Railay Beach are the places to hang by your finger tips over 100 feet in the air! The best place to get started is at one of the main climbing shops. All shops supply equipment as well as offering courses for first-timers as well as day climbs for expert "hangers".

Island Tours

Slightly more relaxing, take a trip on a traditional longtail boat direct from Ao Nang Beach and discover the magnificent lime stone mountains and hidden bays around Ao Nang and Krabi. Visit 'James Bond Island', famous for the closing scenes in 'The Man With The Golden Gun' and do a bit of snorkelling in the crystal clear waters of Ao Phang-Nga National Marine Park.
